At Big Daddy's Stereo we are committed to providing high quality mobile electronics products and services that exceed our customers expectations. In doing so we understand that your personal privacy is of utmost importance. We will not sell, share, or distribute your e-mail address or personal data to anyone without your permission.

Information Collection and Use
Big Daddy's Stereo is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Big Daddy's Stereo collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

Order
We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (i.e. name and shipping address) and financial information (i.e. credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. We use both permanent and sessional cookies. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site. The only drawback to this is that the user will be limited in some areas of our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site.

Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. In addition we track domain names, pages visited, browser types, and access times. This is all done to monitor the performance and user base of our site.

Sharing
We will share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

Site and Service Updates
You will receive administrative emails that are related to the primary usage of our service. You may not opt-out of administrative emails.

Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us. Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our web site so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Audio & Video Items
All returned/exchanged products must be brand new 100% complete with all parts and packaging materials, within 30 days of purchase date. All returns must have original proof of purchase provided.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of at least 25% will be charged for merchandise returned without original packing materials, boxes and parts.

Non-Returnable Merchandise
1. Special orders may not be returned. Due to the special nature of ordering non-stocked merchandise, special orders may not be returned for refund or credit. Special orders are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Deposits for special orders that we are unable to cancel are not refundable.
2. Labor may not be returned.

*Refunds
No refunds will be given for unused gift cards or promo cards. Neither a gift card nor promo card can be exchanged/returned for cash.

Store Credit
May be used toward any merchandise at Big Daddy's Stereo.

We ship only within the US.

All electronic products are 12 volt unless otherwise stated.
